A VISION OF TWO BROTHERS
Established in 2012, Canatex Firewatch Services was created by the Castello Brothers: Alex and Avry Castello.
As Account Managers for two major Canadian security companies, Alex and Avry discovered a gap in the market where many of there clients required firewatch services and relied on major security guard companies who provide this service.
For the most part - the staff selected to this work were temporary, on-call and untrained. In the event an actual fire would happen, it was found that the security guards would be unable to properly respond to challenge due to lack of knowledge and experience . Seeing the opportunity to provide a more quality service to their clientele, Canatex Firewatch Services was created, as a dedicated solution to the need of Firewatch across Canada. Since our inception we have served over 1100 request for dedicated fire personnel.
For over a decade, we have established our reputation as a leader in the Firewatch and Fire Protection industry. This is due to our consistent commitment to service delivery and accountability to our clientele.
Good service and well trained dedicated personnel is the back bone to our business and has led to the establishment of what is now a nation wide service provider in regards to Firewatch services.
